I seriously love the Fall/Winter 2013 campaign for Rag & Bone, it just doesn't get any better than Léa Seydoux & Michael Pitt strolling aimlessly around New York City in their effortless yet cool style, shot by Glen Luchford. I'd say its rather perfect.

Saint Laurent's AW 13 campaign encompasses Cara Delevingne along with musician Cole Smith of DIIV (who also soundtracks the clip). Its all very 90s grunge in, of course, a very chic Saint Laurent way. I love the creative aspect behind the video, its a rather simple take on mixing photography, music & fashion, all in one, which I find very elegant.

J Brand debuted their Fall/Winter 2013 Ready-to-Wear on Wednesday in NYC. Their first ever New York Fashion Week presentation was quite impressive. The high level of coherence among the collection, as well as the color scheme was done rather well.

Rag & Bone revealed wool tweed suits, plus bright heels. It seems as though designers are going for that pop of color more so this season.

BCBGMAXAZRIA does it again, as is to be expected, an AMAZING collection! The details and designs are all very new and quite fascinating. The essence of every look is rather fresh and modern. Its a very lovely collection carrying with it that edge of sophistication that is just beautiful.

Pre-Fall 2013

-A very chic collection, innovative yet still keeping a somewhat traditional feel to it.

-A quirky yet sophisticated collection which certainly seems contemporary but at the same time classic.

The Row
-A very elegant collection full of tailored looks. I love the simplicity of every piece. When I look at this collection I immediately think of the designers right away, their aesthetic is written all over the clothes they design (in a good way) which not many young designers can achieve. Minimalism done right!

Some highlights from the runway this past week during NYFW SS/13 were as follows:
Loved the perfectly well cut pieces, he's a genius for creating that futuristic look that his looks bring about, definitely something new (they're also glow in the dark apparently which lets face it, is pretty cool). His collection was one of my top favorites this season, it was cohesive and well done, really loved his color palette ---BLACK & WHITE--- I also enjoyed seeing the long gladiator sandal/ boot back in style which seemed to be a trend this season within some of the other collections.

I really loved seeing that pop of color in her collection especially the orange tones here and there, creating that feminine touch that DVF is known for.

I really enjoyed seeing a sort of mixture of both girly and grunge looks within his collection, his pieces were some of my favorite this season. I really liked the flowery print in some of his pieces as well as the lose fit which I LOVED seeing this season in some of the other collections as well.

Out of all of their collection this season these were my two favorite looks, mainly because the print is quite amazing, its well done and really pretty. Their other looks had some really awesome pieces with cuts as well as different materials mixed together which seemed to be something that they experimented with this season (the dresses above capture some of that essence but not to the extreme as some of their other pieces with snake print, black leather, etc. mixed together). Their collection seemed to be on the same level of Alexander Wang's collection, bringing about something totally new and fresh. Again, enjoyed seeing the long gladiator sandal/ boot back in style.

Loved the black & white pieces, the light jackets here and there looked great. I liked the long (knee length) shorts, skirts, and dresses as well which seemed to be another trend this season apart from the whole BLACK AND WHITE extravaganza which I'm really quite happy about.

Definitely one of my favorite collections this season mainly because of its color palette (can you guess what it was?!) I really enjoyed seeing the lose fit of the blazers, the trousers, etc.  Each look was really well done, simple but very chic. I'd certainly wear this collection next spring!

I've been a huge fan of THE KOOPLES brand ever since I first heard about it a couple years back. I'm really loving their new collection for Fall/ Winter 2012. What I like most about THE KOOPLES is their choice of styling, each collection is always styled quite impeccably. The way they style couples together in pairs is not only creative but seems to be flawless and always on point. Its quite neat how they style the girls with a bit of a more masculine edge that the blazers and leather jackets bring about along with more feminine pieces such as dresses and skirts. As for the guys, I absolutely adore the suits & tailored pieces that essentially makes the quality of the clothes stand out, its all very well done.
